- The platform is not liable for delays, damages, or non‑delivery caused by vendors or carriers.
Disputes
- Buyers and vendors are encouraged to resolve shipping disputes directly.
- Emarigiti may intervene at its discretion but is not obligated to mediate or enforce shipping guarantees.

All sales made through Emarigiti are final.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details, vendor ratings, and terms before completing a purchase.
Refunds are not provided once payment is completed, except in limited circumstances:
- Proven fraud or duplicate payment.
- Non‑delivery of goods or services, verified by Emarigiti.
Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method only.
